Description
The Infrared Speed Sensor FC03 (or Encoder Speed Sensor) is used to measure the speed rpm of robot cars, machineries and items that spinning speed need to be measured. It consists of an IR LED and IR photodiode together they are called Photo-coupler or opto-coupler. It has a built in IR transmitter and IR receiver. The module has an Analog and Digital output and includes 2 LEDs; one as power indicator and another for digital output indicator.
