Description
N Channel MOSFET is different from P Channel MOSFET by their current carriers. The N Channels are composed of a majority of electrons as current carriers while the P Channels’ majority of current carriers are holes. These devices are suitable for switched mode power supplies, audio amplifier, DC motor control, and variable switching power applications.
